With over 20 years of experience leading teams and delivering transformative solutions across the Marketing & Data Tech industry from dynamic start-ups to global corporations like Experian, Teradata, and CACI Ltd, I now offer coaching designed to help you overcome challenges, gain clarity, and move forward with purpose.

My career has taken me from subject-matter expert to senior leader, through restructures, rapid growth, and difficult transitions including navigating and leading redundancy processes. I have felt the weight of uncertainty at career crossroads, and I have guided others through them too. This lived experience allows me to show up not just as a coach, but as someone who understands the complexity of change. Alongside all of this, I have also navigated the challenge of balancing a growing career with parenthood, often managing competing priorities with limited time and energy. These experiences have shaped my belief that growth should never come at the expense of wellbeing and that it’s possible to thrive without burning out.

As an introverted leader, it’s been a huge learning curve for me but I have learned the importance of staying true to myself. I now channel that journey into coaching and mentoring others.
